James Primiano

James Primiano is a Registered Representative with NEXT Financial Group, Inc. in Williamsville, NY and the Financial Guys LLC. After attending Buffalo State College, Jim started his career with Tops Markets Inc., as a Grocery Buyer.

After gaining a vast knowledge of the supermarket business, James joined one of the largest food brokerage companies in the nation, Advantage Sales and Marketing. At Advantage Sales and Marketing, James became a Marketing Analyst expanding his experience to include analyzing market and dollar trends. Due to his exceptional performance, James was promoted to a Business Manager. As a Business Manager, James managed all sales aspects of a book of multi-international companies. James was responsible for forecasting volume, developing a spending budget, and establishing new products.  After developing a great interest in the mix of managing dollars and volumes, James decided to expand to his knowledge of consumer retail buying patterns and move his career to financial planning.

In 2001, James decided to join The Financial Guys LLC and NEXT Financial Group Inc. The Financial Guys Provide a wide range of financial services using the team approach. By developing a network of accountants and attorneys, they are able to better serve all of the financial needs of their clients.

James has been active in a number of various local, professional, charitable, and social organizations for years such as: Buffalo Niagara Partnership, Junior Achievement, and other local Chambers of Commerce. James has served many years on the Board of Directors for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Western NY. James is also a Community Education instructor at various high schools in WNY. James's licenses include Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, and Life, Accident, and Health Insurance.
